Alicia Bihler leads the Office of Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S), the campus unit responsible for ensuring a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace for UC Berkeley’s students, faculty, staff, and visitors. EH&S supports laboratory and research safety, hazardous materials management, environmental compliance, radiation and biosafety oversight, occupational health, and emergency response preparedness.
